Welcome to oai ("oai", "the Service"), operated by Goldstream LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other media. AI-generated content may be unpredictable and does not reflect our views or endorsements. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use subject to these Terms and our Content Policy. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through your use of the Service.

4. Content Policy

All content on the Service must comply with our Content Policy. This Service permits adult anime-style content but strictly prohibits certain categories of content as detailed in the Content Policy. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, grant promotional credits, or change the credit system at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent content filters or safety systems

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any content generated by AI systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldstream LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
