Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero Tolerance

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material in any form, including AI-generated or fictional depictions of minors in sexual situations. This includes:

• Any sexual or suggestive content depicting minors (real or fictional)
• Prompts designed to generate such content
• Content that sexualizes characters described or depicted as under 18

Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by US law.

Other prohibited content

• Real people: sexual or defamatory content depicting real, identifiable people
• Photorealistic content: AI-generated photorealistic imagery of people is not permitted — anime and illustrated styles only
• Non-consensual content: content promoting or glorifying real-world sexual violence
• Illegal content: content that violates applicable law
• Harassment: content targeting specific individuals with abuse or threats
• Malware: code or content designed to harm users or systems

4. AI Generation Guidelines

When using AI generation features:

• Do not attempt to circumvent content safety filters
• Do not use prompts designed to produce prohibited content
• All characters in adult content must be explicitly adult (18+)
• AI-generated content is subject to the same rules as manually created content

5. Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a combination of:

• Automated content safety filters on AI generation
• User reports
• Manual review

Enforcement actions range from content removal to permanent account termination, depending on severity. CSAM violations always result in immediate termination and law enforcement reporting.

6. Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately via the feedback form or email us at report@oai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes

We may update this Content Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the Service.
